Integrate Tempo Home Gym Workouts with Apple Health

Track all of your daily workouts in one place
Integrate Tempo Home Gym Workouts with Apple Health
Tempo members can now sync their Tempo workouts with their Apple Health ios app so that you can keep track of all of your physical activity in one place automatically.
Many of our community members are everyday athletes who train with Tempo home gym to get stronger and more prepared for their daily lives, whether it’s conditioning their legs for a race, improving a golf swing, or simply making playtime with the little ones that much easier. Because our community does so much outside of what you’re doing on the mat, Tempo’s integration with Apple Health makes it easier for our members to get a holistic picture of your daily physical activities — something that our members have long asked for.
With Tempo’s new integration with Apple Health, your workout date, class type, duration, calories burned, and heart rate will all be captured automatically alongside anything else you tackle during the day.

To get started, you’ll need to make sure that you already have the Tempo iOS mobile app downloaded in its most recent version, and then just follow these steps:
1. Tap your iPhone’s “Settings” icon

2. Scroll down to “Health” and select “Data Access & Devices”

3. Select “Tempo” under Apps and turn “all categories” to ON

And that’s all there is to it! Once synced, workouts done on the app or on the Tempo itself will be recorded automatically at the end of the class.
If you’re an Apple Watch user, you won’t need to manually record your workout; your rings will update on their own.
We hope that this new feature enables you to better understand your daily fitness and makes it a lot easier to track, too. All that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed by us, and it won’t go unnoticed by you and your devices either!
